“Selected projects and publications illustrate my research interest. In order to understand complex issues not only from the bigger perspective of networks and system but also to be able to focus on individuals with experiences inside of the system, as a service users or providers.

 

My curiosity lies between these entire dimensions. Moreover, my interest is in developing methodologies and tools that are empowering human centricity. The digital aspect of services is only one of many that enable communication between channels towards different types of service users.”
