ChilyPep
Sheffield IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies)
2012-13
In this one year long project were involved the state organisation in charge of adult mental health wellbeing and local charity providing niche services for young people with mental health challenges. With the key stakeholders consisting of young people the project aimed to improve state level service provided for young people from 16 to 18 year old to better access and use mental health services. The project output were five service design concepts developed by young ambassadors, which completed ChilyPep training program. Ideas for concepts as well as personas and storyboards were entirely created by young people with the help of the UCHD team. Graphic design style of storyboards resonated to the young people age.
